EQUALITY & soma show IN CHILDCARE
Youve got to be taught
To hate and fear,
Youve got to be taught
From year to year,
Its got to be drummed
In your dear little ear
Youve got to be c arfully taught.
Youve got to be taught to be afraid
Of people whose eyes argon oddly made,
And people whose skin is a different shade,
Youve got to be carefully taught.
Youve got to be taught before its too late,
Before you are six or seven or eight,
To hate every last(predicate) the people your relatives hate,
Youve got to be carefully taught!

grade & INTRODUCTION
In this assignment I am required to gain the application of equating and diversity in the childcare setting. I exit be looking at the causes of discrimination and the cause on childrens identity. I will concentrate generally on gender and cultural inequalities. I will be researching the concept that children are naturally much accepting of dispute than adults, whose prejudices have had more time to develop.
Also the effects of sidelong thinking which may possibly help children to use more accurate vehicles of thought and judge situations with a more frank mind.
I will start by researching equality concepts, transnational/ national legislation and its application in the childcare setting. I will observe the children within the crèche where I work, exploitation these observations to further analyse where this concept of discrimination has stemmed from and its affects on a day to day basis. I will research childrens books and focus on the benefits of proofing these books effectively.
